At 3 Crafty Ladies Design, we want you to love your handmade purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s our return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns
   • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
   • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
   • Custom-made or personalized items, as well as digital downloads, are non-returnable unless there’s a defect.

2. How to Start a Return

1. • Contact us via 3craftyladiesdesign.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return.
   • Please include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

1. • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
   • If returning for other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

1. • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
   • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

1. • If you’d prefer an exchange, please let us know, and we’ll arrange it, subject to availability.
